New Home / Post-Reno Inspection

Our New Home / Post-Reno Inspection delivers a detailed defect check for rectification by developer / HDB / contractor.

For new home, you are to submit your first defect list to the developer / HDB upon receiving the keys and before you move-in or start your renovation works.  The defect check is time consuming and/or if you do not know what issues that you may claim as defects, let us assist you.

What we offer:

We offer our comprehensive package which consists of 3-inspections:

​

  • a 1st inspection to check for defects within your property and submit of the defect list to the developer based on their procedure.

  • a 2nd inspection jointly with you and the contractor/developer to show them the highlighted defects.

  • a 3rd inspection jointly with you and the contractor/developer to check that the defects have been rectified satisfactorily.

What we check:

​

The inspection covers all related defects to all finishing and furnishing from ceiling, wall, floor, cabinets, wardrobes, doors, windows, to appliances and fittings. 

 

It includes checks on the plumbing, electrical and data points as well as water ponding and water leakages/seepages.

 

We do not only look at aesthetic and functional defects but most importantly on safety aspect too.
