Building Survey

Our Building Survey includes a full inspection of all accessible parts of the common areas of a property and a detailed report of defects/irregularities with recommendations on rectification works.

The survey involves a visual inspection of the existing condition which means we will not lift, move or test anything within the property.  All defects/irregularities will be recorded and compiled with photographs.

The inspection will be carried out to areas which can be visually observed from vantage points and are safely accessible.
